Another Broken Egg Cafe Celebrates Opening of 100th Cafe

    April 16, 2024
    Another Broken Egg Cafe

Another Broken Egg Cafe, a popular restaurant chain known for its modern casual dining experience, just shared exciting news. They’re opening their 100th cafe soon! By the end of April. They’ll welcome guests to their 99th and 100th locations in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Tyler, Texas.

Since starting in 1996, this brand has grown a lot. They keep their menu rooted in Louisiana, offering Southern-style meals and special cocktails. With locations in 16 states. They’re still growing and plan to open 15 more cafes this year. They’re also working on nearly 100 more cafes in different places all over the country.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is expanding! They’re about to open their 99th cafe in Virginia Beach and it’s the second one in Virginia. This cafe will be run by EOS Ventures, Inc., a local group that already owns a cafe in Williamsburg. In Tyler, Texas, the 100th cafe is set to open, owned by Ray Pynes and Lacy Galligan, who already have cafes in Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana.

I am incredibly honoured to be part of the growth of Another Broken Egg Cafe as we celebrate the exciting achievement of reaching 100 restaurants,” said Paul Macaluso, President and CEO. “I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with our founder, Ron Green, to reflect on this remarkable journey and how far we’ve come as a brand. Together with the support of our entire team and franchise partners. We’ve created a community that inspires spirited connections through amazing food and inviting hospitality.

To mark their journey to serving 100 locations, Another Broken Egg Cafe is teaming up with Milagro® Tequila for a special celebration throughout National Brunch Month in April. They’re hosting a sweepstakes where guests have the chance to win cool prizes, like a trip for two to New Orleans.
